Vendor Policy

• The following documents must be submitted by the vendor,

– Name

– a passport size photograph

– Aadhar card/ pan card/ election card

-details about yourself what motivated you to start your business?

– give a brief description about your product

• 10% of the total product value will go to the admin.
• Vendors will not be charged any additional fees or any other registration fee. However, styleOkraft reserves the right to increase the percentage amount depending on the animation.
• Vendors will be informed through an email well in advance if there is a rise in the percentage amount.
• Vendors should strictly sell or list their own designed or handmade products.However, we will allow resellers to a certain extent.
• In case of any damage or return of any product by the buyers, the return will be processed according to the vendor`s damage and exchange policy.
• P.S: styleOkraft will not be responsible in any such situations.
• Vendors should minimise the use of plastic and go eco-friendly in packaging.When discontinuing with styleOkraft, vendors need to inform 20 days prior.
• Vendors will have to log in using their own email ID
• StyleOkraft will be marketing the website as a community. The marketing of products completely depends on the vendor.
• Vendors will have to link their bank account to the website to carry out payments.
• StyleOkraft reserves the right to terminate any vendor if found selling or delivering any inappropriate products.
